Vegas... Grand Canyon
Hello!! We were in Vegas the end of March we took a day and rented a car (okay not a car a H3) and left at 5am to drive the Grand Canyon... We had been to the west rim before and decided to go back and check out the skywalk... NO CAMERAS on the skywalk!!! Yeah we didn't learn that until we were at the skywalk (which you have to get on a coach bus to get to...) There were so many ticked off people but what can you do? I mean it's tribe land and they make the rules... So here we are and the cameras are checked... They do let the media on with camera though... I thought what the heck I'll ask this guy from HD News (who had video and a 20D on him) to see if he would take our photo (I was crazy at the moment). He said he would just take it and email it to me... How great was this guy? Well then a guy from Germany asked him also and the security put a stop to that... I apologized to him and thanked him again =) Some of the security were saying that they have a photographer but he wasn't there that early (9:30am) and eventually they will have something "auto" set up for photos... Yeah it's cool we can say we were on it the second day... but unless I could take a camera I would never do it again it's not worth the $$... Here are just a couple photos of it.
